Passing the torch

We're fast approaching the end of the Hammonds' stay, and with it a return to me being sole entertainer of my one-yr-old.  But luckily we've arranged things nicely with an overlap to our next visitors - Ellen and Meg!  They arrived today, and did a grand job of staying awake well beyond the wishes of their body clocks.  They came into town and we had a joint first/last supper at the Cactus Club Cafe.  Ellen even managed a cocktail, medicinal, to help her get over jet lag, of course...
