Kissing cousins

Pete hasn't met many people his own age on this trip, so he was overjoyed to stay for a couple of days with cousin Isobel.  She was due to be older than him but he popped out first, so we'll call it a tie.  They are amazingly similar, most notably sharing a passionate love of the trains that can be seen from the back of the house.

There have been moments of friction, of course.  Isobel was not entirely pleased to find Pete sharing a bath with her, and there's been a bit of shoving and pushing when it comes to the more popular toys.  But overall, they're two family members who enjoy each other's company - a rare occurrence that should be celebrated!
