It's time for Hannah and her classmates to grow up. Yes, it's almost the start of the Haas Fall semester, and with that an intake of fresh-faced first years. The second years are preparing themselves for the adulation and respect they will soon recieve from the new kids.
This evening we had our first taste of things at the Orientation Week Consumption Function. With so many new faces I couldn't help but wonder at the unknown potential of this group. Where were they from? What are their hopes and dreams? How many new friends are waiting to be met?
I quickly dismissed these thoughts and turned back to chatting with Anat, Shauli, Loren, Tamara, Ari, Akhil...I'm a second year partner, I don't mix with first years!
