To cut a long story short, it all culminated in our waitress telling us (after we'd sat perusing the menu for twenty minutes) "we don't serve sushi at lunchtime". How foolish of us! Perhaps Burger King doesn't serve burgers anymore. I hear Pizza Hut is dropping all round, bread-based products from its menu.
While the food was lacking the company was, as ever, excellent.

Sadly it's Sara's last day here and tomorrow she flies back to Israel to, in her words, face reality. I told her that I'm an expert in avoiding reality, and would be happy to give her some pointers, but she could not be persuaded to remain in the ivory tower of University Village. See you again soon!
